This Order Form Template is used to document enterprise purchases of C4CI Arch. It becomes binding only when completed and signed or otherwise accepted by both parties through an approved contracting process.

Failed metered runs are not billed where the platform marks them as failed.

5. Incorporated Terms

Unless modified by the executed order, the following documents are incorporated:

1. Enterprise Master Services Agreement;
2. Data Processing Addendum;
3. Security Exhibit;
4. Support and SLA Policy, if selected;
5. AI Addendum, if AI-assisted features are enabled;
6. Subprocessor List;
7. Privacy Policy;
8. Cookie Policy;
9. Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

6. Special Terms

Special terms must be written in the executed order. Examples include custom liability caps, liability-cap floors, confidentiality/security/data-protection super-caps, data residency requirements, support targets, service credits, subprocessor restrictions, professional services scope, customer security requirements, or procurement-specific terms.

No special term applies unless expressly included in the executed order.

Unless the executed order states otherwise, the Enterprise Master Services Agreement applies the default liability structure: 12 months of fees paid or payable with a EUR 10,000 general floor, and a bounded super-cap for confidentiality, security, data-protection, and C4CI intellectual-property indemnity claims.

7. Security and Compliance Attachments

The following attachments may be included where available:

8. Signatures

This template becomes binding only when accepted through an authorised signing, checkout, or org-admin acceptance process.
