Are failed scans charged?

No. Failed scans are never charged. Every charge links to an auditable scan report. Usage is visible in real-time in your Architecture dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my subscription limit?

Free tier allows 1 Azure subscription. Pro and Enterprise include unlimited subscriptions. If you hit tier limits, you will see an upgrade prompt (402) with clear guidance. No surprise overages — usage is visible before limits are reached.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes. Upgrade anytime via the contact form or (when live) the billing section. Downgrade is supported; your data remains accessible at the new tier limits. Pro offers 99.9% availability SLA.
